Malindi/Watamu

Malindi is a small town with idyllic tropical and relaxing beaches. The town is sorrounded by the thick jungles of the Arabuko Sokoke Forest reserve which hide the lost town of Gedi, a deserted trading Swahili town telling of a mysterious past. Further south, the smaller village of Watamu hosts a Marine National Park, which is an ideal day trip for divers and snorkellers alike. The dstination is therefore included in this itinerary as a suggested day trip for excursions from Mombasa. Most restaurants in Malindi are halal, but have no certificate. Proposed activities include: Visiting Gede Ruins (Malindi), Watamu Marine Scuba Diving, Skydiving, and much more.
